We are proud to report that Constable Law won a jury trial this week!
The jury deliberated for only 32 minutes before returning a verdict on behalf of our client on a sinkhole claim that had been denied by the insurance company. So glad we were able to help this client reach a favorable outcome.
It may be too early to tell exactly what track Hurricane Irma will take and its impact on Florida, but it is never too early to have a plan in place to keep your family safe. This includes getting supplies and placing important documents, such as your insurance policy, in a place where they cannot be impacted by water.
You can find a supply list here: http://www.wtsp.com/…/hurricane-central-disaster-…/450373216
Also if you have any questions about your insurance policy and whether it will provide coverage for damage due to Hurricane Irma now is the time to ask, please feel free to contact us at 727-797-0100 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

According to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, hurricanes Hermine and Matthew caused $824 million in insured losses. However, one out of three people who have put in a damage claim from the two hurricanes that hit Florida this year won't receive a nickel to cover the cost.
If your claim has been denied and you are wondering what to do next, please call us at 727-797-0100 or email us at email@example.com for a free consultation.
Constable Law, P.A. wants to urge everyone to be smart about Hurricane Matthew. Risking injury or even loss of life is never worth it to stay in your home. Do what you need to do to to protect yourself, and we will be here to help with whatever property damage you may have to deal with after the storm. Your number one priority absolutely has to be to stay safe through this storm.
Constable Law hopes everyone is safe from Hurricane Hermine, but we know that following the storm you may have questions about property damage and what to do next.
You may be asking yourself things such as:
Is this covered by my insurance? Should I file a claim? How do I file a claim? Should I just take care of it myself? Should I hire this company that showed up offering to help? Who should I contact first?
We are available to help with questions like these as well as any other questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us to discuss by phone at 727-797-0100 and/or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
